Application Method (Site Summary)

  • Concrete surface preparation (Grinding or Shot Blasting)

  • Cleaning the surface and removing dust, oil, and contaminants

  • Applying an epoxy primer layer

  • Pouring the self-leveling epoxy material and leveling it

  • Removing air bubbles using a spiked roller

  • Allowing the floor to cure completely

Drying and operating time

  • Light walking: 14-24 hours
  • Moderate running: 24-48 hours
  • Full running and heavy load: 3-5 days

Surface Requirements Before Application
